WOOD OF QUALITY
The quality of the wood is determined by the type of wood and by the time it takes for the tree to grow.
Every tree has a natural decay resistance, one more than the other. The structure of the wood is also determined by how fast or how slow a tree has grown and thus the life-span of your bath.
We use Nordic pine, a tree whose rings have grown slowly. It can sometimes take 80 years for a ring to grow !
Our Larch comes from Siberia. Larchwood grows slowly and has the same high natural resistance to decay.


ADJUSTABLE HOOPS
Because of the weight of the water, there is a lot of pressure on the walls of the tub. Besides, every wooden product is known to having some warping.
We have therefore chosen to use solid adjustable hoops with stainless steal wire-strainers. For the Larchwood and Oakwood tubs there are three hoops because the forces in these types of woods are stronger.

The price is given with seats, stainless steel heater, oil bottle for treatment, pvc cover and steps
